Common questions

Good to know before you book.

How long does a session take?

Most sessions take less than one hour, including setup and a brief consultation.

Is IV hydration safe?

IV hydration is generally safe for most people. Before treatment, each client completes a thorough intake form and a brief consultation, and a Registered Nurse checks vital signs to confirm that treatment falls within the safety guidelines established by our medical director and physician.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes. Availability is listed online, but call or text us to confirm the earliest slot.

Where do you set up?

Anywhere comfortable — your home, office, hotel room, gym, or event space. All we need is a chair or couch and a few feet of room.

What does it cost to come to me?

Travel is included, with no additional fee for mobile service, for clients within 35 miles of Old Town Scottsdale. A $75 travel fee applies beyond 35 miles.

Can I schedule an appointment outside business hours?

We will do our best to accommodate appointments outside our regular 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. hours when a Registered Nurse is available and willing to visit at the requested time. A $75 before- or after-hours fee applies.

Can we book for a group?

Yes! Bachelorette parties, corporate offices, sports teams and events are welcome —please give us a call.

How should I prepare?

Eat something beforehand, stay orally hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, and wear a short-sleeve or loose-fitting top. If you are known to be a hard stick or have small veins, keeping warm or applying a heat pack before your nurse arrives can be extremely helpful.
